It's Official!
Two-thirds of the way through my six month engagement here in Hanoi, I was officially blessed with a Vietnamese Work Permit, #1308/2011/SHN as signed by Nguyen The Hung (yes, that's his real name), "Director of Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs".
This entitles me to work legally in Vietnam through January 17, 2013 (and I'm pretty sure gets me free pancakes at Denny's!).
